Welcome to Astora, a service owned and operated by Cryptovero, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astora website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Astora, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Purpose of the Service
Astora offers astrology-based experiences for entertainment and personal insight only. This includes:
Personalized soulmate sketches
Compatibility insights based on your birth chart
Astrological timing guidance and related content

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Astora. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Information We Request
To generate your reading, we may ask for:
Your birth date, time, and birth city (to calculate your birth chart)
Your email address (for account management or order delivery)
Payment information (handled securely via third-party processors)
We do Not require your full name, physical address, or any GPS location.

4. User-Generated Content & Ownership
All sketches, compatibility results, and insights generated for you are yours to keep.
You retain full ownership over content generated through your inputs
Astora does not use your personal data or generated content to train AI systems
Your data is never sold, licensed, or reused outside of your session without your consent

5. Usage Guidelines
By using Astora, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws
Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse any part of the Service
Upload or request explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content

Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
Refunds:
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase, a full refund is Guaranteed.

To request a refund, email support@yourastora.com
with your order number and reason. We’ll respond within 5 business days.

7. Modifications and Disruptions
Astora may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We’ll aim to provide notice in advance where possible.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, interfaces, code, original text, branding, and supporting systems are the property of Cryptovero. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Astora is for entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about accuracy, future outcomes, or emotional results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cryptovero shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

11. Changes to These Terms
